Kevin B. Anderson

Kevin B. Anderson is a Professor of Sociology, Political Science, and Feminist Studies at University of California, Santa Barbara. His work has concentrated on the Marxist, Critical Theory, post-structuralist, and post-colonial traditions and on the intersections of class, race, gender, and sexuality with social theory. His books include Marx at the Margins: On Nationalism, Ethnicity, and Non-Western Societies, Lenin, Hegel, and Western Marxism: A Critical Study, and (with Janet Afary) Foucault and the Iranian Revolution: Gender and the Seductions of Islamism.
